Basin Crafted is a premier mobile bartending service dedicated to elevating weddings, corporate events, and private parties. We provide a complete, seamless setup—including a custom wooden bar, certified bartenders, full insurance, and all the essentials—to ensure your event runs flawlessly.

As a dry bar service, we offer the unique advantage of professional service paired with personal savings: you purchase the alcohol to avoid steep markups, while we handle the logistics. We take the guesswork out of planning by creating a custom shopping list for you, and we can even manage the ordering and pickup upon request. When you book with Basin Crafted, you are choosing a stress-free experience; from custom menu design to the final pour, we handle the details so you can simply enjoy your perfect event.

Why a Dry Bar?

Basin Crafted is a premium, mobile event bar service, but with a strategic twist. We provide the custom-built wooden bar, two professional certified bartenders, all your mixers, ice, and garnishes, and the heavy-duty logistics—but the alcohol itself is provided by you.

Why This is a Win for You: The traditional "open bar" model at venues often comes with steep markups and rigid package tiers. By choosing our dry bar model, you unlock two major benefits:

  • Significant Cost Savings: When you purchase the alcohol yourself at retail prices (from your favorite local Flathead Valley shop), you avoid the 300-400% markups typical of traditional catering. You only pay for what you actually need, often saving hundreds—or even thousands—on your total event budget.

  • Total Customization: You aren’t stuck with liquor you don't like. You have total control over the brands and craft brews served at your event. Whether it’s a specific Montana whiskey or your favorite local cider, the choice is entirely yours.

We Handle the Hard Part. While you technically own the alcohol, you don’t have to lift a finger. From providing a meticulously calculated shopping list to our Alcohol Concierge add-on (where we handle the ordering and the heavy lifting of pickup and delivery), we ensure the process is as smooth as the drinks we pour

Pricing

For full-service events, the base price of $1,250 includes the following:

  • Service Time- 5 hours of professional pouring service

  • Staffing- 2 Certified Bartenders (TIPS/ServSafe certified)

  • Coverage- Up to 75 Guests

    • For 76+ confirmed guests, an additional supply charge per guest is added

  • Setup & Breakdown

  • Bar Station- Custom-built, rustic wooden bar facade

  • Disposables- High-quality disposable cups, napkins, and straws

  • Mixers & Essentials- Basic sodas, tonic water, popular juices (e.g., cranberry, orange), and ice

  • Garnishes- Fresh citrus (lemons, limes)

  • Planning- A detailed Alcohol Shopping List for the client

  • Travel- Travel and time included within 30 miles of Columbia Falls base

  • Liquor Liability Insurance- 1,000,000 per occurance/2,000,000 aggregate

Additional Options:

  • A la carte Alcohol Ordering

  • We coordinate with a local Flathead Valley store to place the finalized alcohol order on your behalf. (Client pays the retailer directly for the alcohol cost.)

  • A la carte Alcohol Pickup

    • We pick up the alcohol from the local store and deliver it safely to your event during bar setup.

  • Alcohol Concierge

    • Includes both Ordering and Pickup for a completely hands-off experience. We manage the final order placement and delivery of your prepaid alcohol to the venue.

  • Required Staffing

    • For events with more than 100 guests, an additional bartender is needed to ensure safe, efficient service. 

  • Additional Service Time

  • Hydration Station

    • Includes three beverage dispensers: infused water, iced tea, and lemonade provided during service time.

  • Elevated Garnishes & Mixers

    • Upgrade your drinks with premium essentials: dehydrated local citrus, fresh berries, house-made simple syrups, and specialty herbs.

  • Menu Design & Printing

    • Custom design and printing of a branded menu board or table cards featuring your signature cocktails and beverage selection.

  • Champagne Toast Service

    • Dedicated staffing and coordination to seamlessly uncork, pour, and tray-pass champagne for a formalized toast period.

  • Mileage Fee - $1.00 per mile

    • Applied for travel distance exceeding the 30-mile radius included in the base package (calculated round-trip from the base of Columbia Falls).

Hey there! I’m Mary, and I started Basin Crafted because I genuinely love two things: people and parties.

For the last 15 years, I’ve been working in the service industry, from bars and restaurants to live music events. That time taught me how to keep things moving fast and make sure everyone feels taken care of.

With Basin Crafted, my goal is simple: I want to take the stress of the bar off your shoulders completely. You bring the good times (and the liquor!), and I’ll bring the expertise, the logistics, and the certified service.
